Title

Angela Davis at WB on Panthers, prisoners, and more

Description

Interviewing Angela Davis at the Grandview Woman's Building in 1974 (as the Human Rights Editor of The 'L.A. Free Press') was how I began to understand the global oppression of women of color.
Meeting early feminist and lesbian leaders at WB—like Kate Millet, Robin Morgan, Gloria et. Al. made me realize I was involved with a national movement.
